just want to give an update on my and boomer's situation, since i've been pretty quiet with art lately! if you follow me on tumblr you might have seen me talking about it more, but i took my dog boomer in for a minor surgery on the 18th, he had two masses removed. it ended up being a little complicated bc of how large the one on his hip was, so he's needed a bit more involved care at home with recovery. he's also been very distressed and anxious, and needs a lot of constant attention. i've been in contact with the vet who did the surgery, she said she doesn't think he's in too much pain, he's just really upset about the cone and activity being restricted. i'm sure the meds are also making him feel funny :c

so this is all to say i haven't been able to draw too much, i'm working on comms when i can, but i've really been focused on my boy ;w; he's getting his stitches removed on dec 2nd, so it'll still be a while before he's back to normal, and i can get back to my regular work schedule. if anyone waiting on a commission from me has any questions or concerns, feel free to message me!
