Materia is a roleplay world where dinosaurs and humans coexist in a strange and impossible society. The dinosaurs in this world closely resemble species from various eras yet they are clearly not the dinosaurs of our fossil record.

Here we have a Pachycephalosaurus breaking up the vein in a coal mine as a man shines a lamp on the spot, a parasauralophus lighthouse keeper serving as the foghorn as well, a denworker positioning the latest trade trophy earned by one of the members of her flock, and a deinonychus saloonkeeper pouring a shot.
