This is the suit Ludwig wears at his job (thieving/taking over the world). The speakers on the shoulders are wirelessly connected to the microphone. He hypnotizes people with his voice (he often sings Opera that rhymes. *nod nod*), and he can activate them by simply pushing a button on his suit.
