So there was this character from the Mr. Bean animated series called Harry who appeared in one episode "The Visitor", and he's been on my mind for a while so I did a quick sketch of him in my style. Might ink and color it.

Edit 11/25: Inked and colored him! This was done digitally, but still has some hand drawn feels to it. Also colored Harry as close to his color chart in the episode, though I took a liberty by making his pants one of the colors of his hat and making his shoes gray instead of them both being black just cause I think it looked nicer.
