Soooo i posted this a while back, of what i had been working on...

Well, i've been doing almost nothing art related other than continually working on that since lmao.

51 total frames (+1 with the internal alt) , all completely hand-drawn... i have nothing but respect for professional animators now. This took me somewhere in the 150~200 hour range, and the funny thing is i want to add a digestion portion so i'm only halfway done with it lmao, nevermind at least putting flat colors on.

Calling this a wip because what i want this to look like at the end will not be this smooth. Different timing between frames, some text fading in and out to have it seem like she's talking, as well as varying speeds between each swallow frame, etc. To make that look as smooth as this would require an innumerable amount of inbetweens which are a headache to do with the amount of detail each frame has already...

This one isn't crossfaded like the previous wip, but i do still have those in mind and have been poking around in CSP trying to learn how to animate properly there, rather than use the same site i keep using for the other sequences i've done - it has limitations, CSP does not have the same ones.

Just wanted to post this as it's a pretty good stopping point for now; and will revisit it here and there and maybe try learning some other techniques. Crossfades are one thing but they aren't really ideal, doing some actual inbetweens with subtle movement to help show weight or things like smear frames would give it some good depth; and well, all of that takes even MORE time lol.

Speaking of patreon, i still have a pretty large, overdue sequence-turned-comic in the works that i'll be getting back to, and once that's done, i may shift around how my patreon works. It hasn't gotten the proper attention i need to give it; have been thinking on some ideas for it :x
