Ratchet’s body was now pear-shaped, his belt snapped off, free of discomfort, but he still grew bigger. His suit split in half revealing his growing belly.

“What’s happening to me?!” He cried.

Clank pokes his friend’s fuzzy, blue, growing belly. “It appears the gum has some… peculiar side effects.” He said.

“You’re blowing up like a balloon.” Talwyn said and poked ratchet’s belly as well.

“Not exactly.” Frank said. “More like a blueberry.”

Ratchet could still taste blueberries in his mouth. That, his blue color and his body swelling was enough for him to put two and two together and that Frank was right. Ratchet was indeed turning into a blueberry. His legs spread apart, his body rises and grows taller as he was growing wider. Ratchet tried to speak but his words came out as muffled. His cheeks were filling with juice, making his face look more wider than it already is.
