I really like the material you used on her. It creates a subtle effect of that darker colored silhouette you see in the cartoon without looking too harshly toon shader styled.
Hmm... I can't say I like how the nose and the mouth look painted onto the model rather than being part of the geometry, but I understand that this is an unfinished model so I imagine it will all turn out well in the end. You're definitely not one to lack any accuracy to the source material in your models after all.
All in all, great work!
