I wasn't going to do this, but it occurred to me that a: I don't want to spend Dec with nothing to do and b: if I don't accept payment until completion, it can still be a pretty low pressure affair.
So with that in mind, I will be taking a few sketch or colored sketch comms to be worked on during December, but I will not be sending invoices for them until Jan 1rst. Which would make this a pay upon completion round instead of my usual pay in advance.

Now, to protect myself from being scammed I would prefer to work with familiar faces, but I'll consider all emails. I'm also not sure how big a que I'll be taking, so it might be a personal choice about designs this time.

Do not commission me if you don't intend to be ready to pay. Do not impulse buy. Think on it. I definitely encourage you to consider that you may want to save money in the coming months because we live in a weird world right now. If you want a commission, awesome. If you're not feeling financially secure- then it would be better to wait until you do or buy things that makes you feel secure, like green beans or a flu shot. In January I wouldn’t be surprised if Americans do that panic buy all the eggs and toilet paper thing they do. It’ll pass, but, yeah. That’s something to be aware of.
I'm just sayin', don't commission me if you're not prepared for the reality of fulfilling the invoice in a timely manner later.
