Commission work for  zodiacfan786 of some of his characters from his story Guild Movement a fanfic of my Zodiac characters and some of his own. Some of the names have been changed since the writing of that book. The characters here are a group of supervillains pretending to be heroes as part of a master plan to take over the city.

This character is a speedster. I don't have much else for details. hope we get more in stories.
