Goaty asked me to draw myself as a loli. Since I am not fond of the horror genre, I refused, but kept thinking. What was I like when I was just a pup? I was always optimistic, and shy. I liked my own ways, thinking, watching animals, nature, drawing them, reading about them, hearing tales about them.. I didn't know the world 'fursona', but I had one: a feral canid that contained every kind of canid in the world: foxes, wolves, coyote, etc.. I was a kind of naive, I was really green. But I was in peace with myself.

Later when I was grownup I found myself more blue than green, blue that is always far from everything, and sorrowful. That was when I chose my name, "blue fern" and slowly I fused the fern with the wolf. After some more time, I got introduced to the furry fandom..
