Also reminds me a bit of a mostly forgotten PC game from the late '90s/early '00s called 'Starsiege'. The bad guys were AI driven mecha with a very organic look to them.

These mecs came out awesome, and the perspective is superb. They're looking huge beside the barn and the cow, and the towers in the background feel monumental!

Strongly recommend checking out Simon Stalenhag for more in a similar style (albeit not furry). Royz captured the vibe of his works perfectly with this.
