I see that the image was resized at 1662x2217. If the original gif is bigger than the resize then it will just be posted as a static image. I think FA just can't handle anything over 1920x1920 anymore. Try reposting it at the resized resolution. I've struggled with this many times now since the reupload glitch was """fixed."""
