Sometimes it's good to feel a little anger. That burning hot energy that allows us to have the means to do the actions that require us to survive and thrive. It allows us to fight, to get revenge,to stop injustices as they happen to us. It allows us to work harder at our dreams and passions while denying those who would see us fall.

Many people do not like anger, for good reason, but that does not mean it's a bad emotion. Sometimes it just takes an appreciation of what its purpose is to help us to know when to let it out and when to keep it managed.

When it comes to Pokémon, I feel that there are few that embody this distinction like the Houndoom. A creature born of darkness and anger yet is still able to thrive in a community of its peers. The one who sticks up for their comrades while making sure that what has tried to hurt them is unable to do so again.

As such, this version of Rygone is certainly more direct than others. But he's direct in a way that states the simple truths of the matter so that way business can be handled as efficiently as possible. However, he not only does business hard, but he plays hard too. Letting his friends and lovers alike know just what the correct usage of anger can do for them.
