Description:
Following months after the reduction of the Brisa Creek empire, down to just a wide but modest town predominant with beavers, the star of the MALAKAS Project Timothy Soro and his sister Rosemary reached for an airport to visit their parents for a week, when they stopped by the small tornado approaching towards them. It immediately dissipated and revealed the blue rabbit within, who greeted the foxes politely. It was indeed a scary tornado, but he meant no harm. Tony Windbunny, the blue rabbit, expressed his desire to join the MALAKAS Project, ever since he watched the TV commercial featuring Timothy who promoted the said project, and learned much about it from other Super Soldiers who honorably discharged. However, Timothy had no time to sign him up, and so had his girlfriend Maria Malaya Meiyo do so, bringing him to the nearby military outpost.
A week later, Tony arrived at the mountain base with full eager and determination, and came with a rather disturbing motive to the project's higher-ups. Being a strongest Super Soldier was one fine thing, which was one of the most common motives, but after demonstrating his wind-borne powers, Tony was secretly considered a real threat to the higher-ups. The project supervisor Christopher North decisively came to the compromise that Tony was allowed to train, as long as the rabbit wouldn't use strong wind powers (such as a tornado) against anyone, but Tony sighed with confidence and assured Chris that he was conscious enough to control himself.
In fact, he already mastered his wind powers prior to the project. He just wanted to be a competent and strong fighter to match up and blend with his said powers. Over the few months, he would master his strength and fighting skills, though he had genuine struggles with Super Soldiers ganging up on him. At one point, he requested for a custom-made minigun 'Windstigator', packed up with vacuumed air and ready to shoot like an air gun with very high rate of fire. Such a development enraged his bullies so much that they fought against Tony just to reach and destroy his air minigun, but the rabbit flew onto the watchtower with his wind power, allowing himself to blaze air pellets onto his bullies. Not counting this as a violation to the compromise set up for Tony had only made the higher-ups regret their decision in their emergency meeting and they began considering discharging Tony prematurely, but his new friends rushed to his defense and insisted that he only fought back in self-defense. His bullies, overhearing the meeting and fearing punishment for their act, rushed in to force the higher-ups to pardon them, but Tony was already present and pushed them away with his wind, allowing his friends to escort the higher-ups to safety. Although still fearful of his powers, the higher-ups begrudgingly congratulated him and allowed him to continue his training.
By the day of his honorable discharge, he had gained the temporary Juggernaut ability, but such a state could multiply his wind power, which could even form a gigantic tornado that could threaten an entire city. However, he remained his cool, albeit with his occasional threats to use such dangerous power, which did not obvisouly help in the higher-ups' case. And so, he departed the mountain base on another scary tornado, which ended up causing an unintentional accident for a nearby bus on arrival.
