So I decided to make a dipping sauce for artichoke out of one of the makrut limes I got, ingredients are as follows:
Mayonnaise
Makrut Lime Zest
Makrut Lime Juice
Pepper
Sugar
I wanted to keep it simple and not overpower the lime, and I think I did a good job! It has a flavor I can best describe as a more potent, perfume-y basil and is definitely not like a normal lime. The sauce was delicious, tangy, and sweet, and it went really good with artichoke. The makrut lime was tiny but yielded quite a lot of juice because it didn't have seeds.
Got one makrut lime left, gotta decide how to use it.

'w'! Such a good mix! I love making sauces, myself! I've been tinkering with a mayo + sour cream + ranch mix with some onion powder, it tastes exactly like the sour cream and onion powder tastes on chips. Mayo's been my catalyst for a lot of my sauces lately too! So I'll have to try this one out! <3
