Based on how in most pokedex entries across the gens it mentions how Suicune races across the world/land (and purifying water). And yet, Suicune's base speed stat is their second lowest AND not only is it average but 85 is SO average it's right smack dab in the middle for competitive. As a competitive runner for sporting events, this confuses the Ryūsui.
