"Ahh, there it is!" I point out to the shelf beside me at a neat stack of soup cans. "Looks like they just restocked, perfect. Can you grab eight of those there?" I say to Kio as he leans out of the cart.

The slime shark reaches out towards the cans as best as he could, bracing himself against me as the cart lets out a metallic groan of protest to the amount of weight being shifted onto it. "I see three different kinds here, which one?" He says as he turns and looks up to me. "The split pea and ham one, in the middle there." Kio gives a nod and leans over again, taking the cans one by one into his mouth and dropping them beside him in the cart.

While the food delivery services may be down for the day, a shopping trip was in order. Usually i'd just wait another day for service since It's quite hard to do things like walk, fit into clothes, fit through doors, or even lean over and get anything when i'm still coming down from the last slime encounter, but hunger was getting the best of me today.
Almost didn't even make it into the isle without knocking over both shelves at once.
Thankfully I did manage to squeeze in and with a bit of a helping fin, i'd get everything i'd need for this week.

Hmm, should I get another cart while i'm here to get a head start on the second week? Maybe... saw that twenty percent off sale on shrimp on the way in and that sure sounds good right about now.
