I was feeling rather uninspired today so here's a relatively quick 3 hour speedpaint to warm me up. I'll be doing a big project with Mandarax in the coming months which is pretty darn exciting!
As a side note, there are not enough mawshots of

I *have* been experimenting with some texture brushes my friends made, but honestly what I use 99% of the time is just the regular round brush. You can pretty much do anything with it by changing its size and opacity haha. A lot of my textures are actually drawn by scribbling with a small round brush ;)
Ok, good. That's extremely useful to know, because that was something I was really worried about. It sounds like fancy brushes make things 10 times easier and quicker to do, but as long as there are tricks possible with the primitive brushes, I'll feel better about using an 11 year old paint program. :P
