Life was good for Sammy Stella, Ballistic Gal. She had never fallen into a time warp and she was sure she never would! Plus, she had really come into her own as a superhero and was doing a lot of good work in a chaotic world!
But she did have a certain problem.
Ballistic Gal never knew what her nemesis, that dastardly shark 5-Kay Newt, would do next! Some days she was robbing banks. Other days, she was stealing doomsday weapons to sell to the highest bidder. And yet other days, she was muscle for hire for some other villain!
You never knew what you were going to get with Kay, except that it would probably involve ultraviolence and Kay having a great time causing a bad time.
So, when Ballistic Gal heard 5-Kay Newt had taken a video game studio hostage, she launched into action! Those poor video game developers had enough troubles in their lives!
“Not so fast, 5-Kay Newt!” Ballistic Gal proclaimed, bursting through a window.
“I can go slower but it’s not as dynamic,” sneered the shark, bouncing in place with her fists held up like she was ready to throw punches. But the shark made no move to attack.
Sammy blinked. “What horrible crime are you up to now, Kay?”
“Oh, no crime! Just some extortion!”
“That IS a crime!”
The shark ignored her. “I threatened these nerds so they’d put me in a video game.”
“She didn’t have to threaten that hard,” said one of the programmers, a capybara who didn’t seem put out by the situation at all. “She’s perfect for our game's aesthetic. And her tits are outstanding.”
Kay cackled. “Now other nerds will spend all their hard-earned allowance money on arcade games because I told this nerd to really animate my big tits! Make those things dance, I told him!”
“She didn’t have to threaten us too hard for that either,” said the programmer.
“And I get a cut of every quarter spent in arcade or home version bought! Video games will fund my life of crime! HAHAHAHA!”
“Now that did require threats,” said the capybara. “But she got it down in a likeness rights contract, nice and legal and signed under duress…”
Ballistic Gal was confused. “That still sounds illegal…”
“You’d need a lawyer to prove it!” said the shark.
“Then I will return with a contracts lawyer and get to the bottom of this!” Ballistic Gal vowed and hopped back out the broken window.
“It’ll take her a while to find one that wants to come within biting reach of me,” said Kay. “So -look at me, look at ME!- how much nudity can we put in this thing?”
“Uh, none?”
“That sounds wrong. Better throw some in, just in case.”

There was this fighting game character select screen YCH and Kay is definitely my fightiest character so in she went.
Which made me think of Kay bullying a video game company into putting her into their video games.
She’s still receiving royalties to this day because she breaks things if her check is late.
