I think his neck needs to be a bit longer. Otherwise its faultless. I love the horns btw

I originally had it longer, actually, and it looked wrong. Rargh. . . proportioning dragon necks is *hard*. Their heads really lend better to being feral.

I know what you mean. I still have trouble with canids' necks and shoulders so I just hide it in fur. :D

Unfortunately you dont have such luxury with scalies. I think it will help if you broaden the shoulders a bit, making the head smaller by comparison.
Then you can get away with lenthening the neck a bit, cos this guy has got some serious traps haha
