The second pic of my God of the Oceans, Mateo Delmar, from my graphic novel Avalon.
In addition to being aquakinetic, Mateo can breathe underwater and, at an advanced stage of expertise, can change parts of his body into pure water at will.
But no, he doesn't telepathically communicate with fish. He's the lord of the seas, not the lord of the sushi bar.
