Clint is an interesting case in the Cobra Brotherhood. He's short and unimposing, yet he has an attitude fit for someone of Scinner's size! He doesn't have much going for him physically, but when it comes to his powers, well, he's the single biggest wildcard of the entire organization! He can copy the powers of up to three other people at the same time and has extensive training with more traditional powers, strength, speed, durability, and a few others. He can only use those powers for an hour, though, but he can decide when the hour starts. So, he can go from being a powerless, weak guy, to combining the powers of Vile, Element Four and Vandel all at the same time!
