Yes, this is from the same RP as Vremya is in, and yes, I also don't have a reference for it. However that is because it doesn't have any one true form, it's constantly changing forms. Unfortunately, it doesn't enjoy being the god of fear/horror, and often tries doing the opposite (despite always failing).
It's blind unless it opens it's mouth, to which there is always an eye peering out, however it has exceptional hearing and it's voice has an eerie, overlapping echo to it.
