Bio:
-was taken along with Rebecca and other digimon from digiverse by special program
-tail was modified to be similar to Cell
-able to plump up others and their pamps using his tail as well as temporary absorption
-was made to buttgulp, digest and floof poop other digis to mutate them with a bit of his source code, most notable example being Rebecca
-was able to enter and exit from screens of any digital device to travel around using cyberspace like the other digis
-he’s able to perform a rapid search for anything he need when he’s in cyberspace
-able to become stronger the more opponents he buttgulps or diapergulps
-enjoys having fun with his ragtag siblings, especially when taking down bad guys was involved
-loves playing poofy pranks on others
-branded with the digital poof hazard symbol on his forehead

Story:
As Isaac tried smooshing his poofy butt through Ethan’s computer screen, he felt Ethan and Rebecca helping him by carefully pulling his poofy butt out. Eventually Isaac made it out, with Rebecca carrying him making him blush a little as he introduced himself to Ethan. Waddling around he explained to Ethan how there are other Ragtag digis out there, scouring the net to reunite with the others, as Ethan gave him and Rebecca a tour of the ragtag house and meeting the other Ragtags. Ethan promised Isaac they will find the other digi Ragtags, reassuring him as Isaac felt relieved to be with this silly poofy family, having some poofy pranks in mind already and taking a great interest in his abra bro Adam
