This is a group of semi-original characters, based on the character from a certain video game. Their half-assed backstory that they are an elite unit of the Royal Guard in some sort of an alternative grimdark Equestria, protecting it against different enemies both without and within (I'm coming up with this as I type, and it's not like I'm actually going to make a story with them, they are a parody/reference, as I stated).

The one in the front is Mountain Splitter, the greatest swordstallion Equestria has ever known. Possessing super-pony strength and almost limitless stamina, he tirelessly seeks out evil, smiting it with the colossal sword that only he can effectively wield. The one on the right is Black Tornado, the speedster of the unit. He has a laid back attitude, and he is a real gentlemen from a noble family (possibly even some remote relative of the royal family). He is the Mountain Splitter's closest friend, and they are almost always work together. Also, Black Tornado is a great cook. The left one is Mighty Bulwark. If Mountain Splitter is the strongest attacker, Mighty Bulwark is the strongest defender. Immovable like the earth itself, he is calm, level-headed and reliable; he is the oldest member of the unit, and is often the voice of reason for them. The last member of the unit, the unicorn in the back, is a bit of a mystery. Known to most as Shadow Strider, he receives orders directly from Princesses. He seems to always know more than he lets on, and often carries out secret missions separately from the rest of the unit. He is an expert magician, wise in the ways of the arcane. Some even consider his level of control over magic to be unnatural. Together, they are the Aggres Peacemakers, the last line of defence of (the alternative grimdark) Equestria, and its secret weapon against those who seek to destroy it!

Also, I thought of their cutie manly marks. Mountain Splitter's mark is a lighting bolt, well, splitting a mountain in half. Black Tornado's mark is a black tornado (I know, duh). Mighty Bulwark's mark is a fortress bastion. As for Shadow Strider, I think it would be something more abstract, like a constellation or something.

Once again, these guys are based on the characters from a certain video game. Those who can guess it will get a powerful internet (manly) hug of respect.
