Possibly, but I doubt it for three reasons. 1.) The length of their life spans 2.) Their innate language, and 3.) Their innate ability to travel across barriers that would create divisions in culture. What are rivers, mountains, and oceans to creatures evolved to fly? Short of having colonies on different worlds for millennia, I just don't think these dragons as I imagine them will change culturally or linguistically on anything like the timeframe such evolutions work on Earth. In fact, their unchanging nature it meant to be a counterpoint to the flighty, easily-changed, short-lived whims of humans. Many of the former humans will retain the cultural trappings of whatever human society they came from of course. But will they in a few hundred years? Will their entirely alien children? Probably not.
