This is my entry to the PCA writer's challenge to choose the new VPs, and although it wasn't required, I created my own visual rendition for the hell of it. However, it has already become clear that the entry was a total loss; however, I intend to use him anyway in a different role.
The reasoning here is simple; if I cannot have a character in a position to BECOME inportant, then I'll MAKE one important regardless of who attempts to get in the way.

Nothing is actually known of him biographically. All that is known of him is that he is a mysterious individual who often speaks about the nature of the world and existence as a whole, along with the relation between light and darkness. What intentions could his charming persona be hiding, and what could he possibly be doing to obtain whatever it is that he seeks?
