Mario... Sadly, I'm still not satisfied with him, I keep having the feeling I messed up my old childhood friend.
Megaman, did better, but it's still good. At least it looks like him.
Bomberman, got introduced to him in Bomberman 64 and it's my favorite. I had fun making bomb stairways and finding gear for the multi-player, my friends were so jealous of how mine looked. Had four different outfits for each color. :D
