Considering your medium it might be insane but I'll tell ya. Anywho. Black simple back ground. Try to make the clothing have the effect as if black light was on it. As well as do string glow sticks usally leave really pretty light trails or so i'm told XD when i'm doing mine i have my eyes closed *lost in the moment* If the strings go close to the body why not lightly illumant the that spot alittle with the color of the glow stick

I'm with him, this is a great picture- and the on black background hes suggestion would look really nice, I actually know a few ways to achieve that.. gel pens for one are good on black, pastels, scratch board, just plain paint..
