That artist also created Goldie Hooves, and this is Princess Hono ("flame" in Japanese)

Princess Hono is the heir to the largest kingdom's seat of power and she is betrothed to fellow powerful socialite and sleazy get-ahead-at-any-cost political figure Karito. They don't like each other much, but their union sees them both as high-ranked in the cutthroat world of politics and dominion over massive territories.

Princess Hono is the half-sister of Tsurara (which neither fox knows) with Tsurara also vying for Karito's fabricated "affection". Princess Hono is of the fire element (the green embellishments are flames, not fur, in her design). Tsurara is all about the icy ferociousness of the unkind wilderness and nature, while Princess Hono is a master of political espionage. Two sides of one coin, one might say.
