Commission work for  zodiacfan786 of some of his characters from his story Guild Movement a fanfic of my Zodiac characters and some of his own. Some of the names have been changed since the writing of that book. The characters here are a group of supervillains pretending to be heroes as part of a master plan to take over the city.

This character has aquatic powers including gills, strength and others. I did not expect him to look so chill but he does. His costume even looks like a surfer skinsuit now that I look at it.
