Here’s a simple, fun logo featuring a fattened version of a familiar hedgehog, originally done as part of TaylorFatPics Scaling Up YCH sequence. While I hadn’t drawn a fat Sonic before, that one old fat sonic mod was one of the earliest explicitly weight-gain themed things I’d seen. (Can’t remember the name of the mod, but it basically just made Sonic fatter as he picked up more rings, with running losing weight, but gaining too much weight triggering a game over.) Fun to get the excuse to draw the big guy!

Ahhh, nice, thank you for letting me know the title! That it did - I remember the first time I saw it was from a totally unrelated/Normie gaming YouTuber at the time who stumbled across it without getting the fetishy point of it. ChimneySwift11 or something like that? Was over a decade ago I think! Probably the first weight-gain related game I ever became aware of.
Sonic 2xl is the game you seek actually. I can't believe no one has done a sonic 3 xl with multiple fattenable characters yet... someone should get on that the mod is actually a really good gameplay addition and turns the game into a challenge to only take enough rings not to die
