Project: ‘Alacrity’, formerly Allison Criti, had enough. The endless torment of RaitheTech’s prodding and prying and denial of the base urges that they had granted her had reached a fever pitch. She had all this power in her new form, and yet? They thought her a mere tame experiment to contain and test with. She would prove this to be not the case.

At 8:30 PM, the Code: Red alarm lit up in the control room of the unmarked RaitheTech Eastern Xyprus Testing Facility Bravo, and by 8:35, she shoved herself shoulder first through the bricks of the exterior wall, crashing out like she was a single wolf-woman wrecking crew.

All she knew was that her new name in this world was Selune, and that this full moon empowered her. It felt sublime. She grabbed up the nearest person out of the rubble of her escape and laughed as she ran off with them tucked in her arms, fog rolling from her lungs with each exuberant sound.
