The big fish eating raptor. I wanted to draw it for a while now and the happier I was seeing it on Savage Mojo's Dinocember list!
I gave it a nakes neck, figured it would be quite annoying when you catch fish the whole day and your face and neck feathers are wet all the time. Also it's something different to the kind of standart depictions of raptors.
