It's something you can do yourself! You just have to put it in 1-2 minutes before the noodles will be done. The mixing step isn't necessary but it makes the eggs less lumpy. I was surprised as milk when i learned that the egg survives in one piece.

Also, this is using a college ruled lined paper template i made for myself, under the impression that it might help me doodle more loosely. It didn't but it was fun,and i think the aesthetic of the blue bic pen on paper is cute, so it turns out nevertheless :3c
