KiKi KaiKai: Nazo no Kuro Manto (Super Famicom) Music OST - An Expectant Trap!

Defentially one of the best Stage themes from the original SUper nIntendo Version of Pocky and Rocky 1! (One of my all time Fav Childhood Super Nintendo Games) interesting enough,this particular soundtrack I found on downloads.khinsider is based more on the original Japanese Super Famicom version of this game "KiKi KaiKai: Nazo no Kuro Manto" rather than the localized English Version we're used too,as these tracks have the japanese names of the Characters and Stages.lol

Pocky was known as "Sayo Chan" in the japanese Version and Rocky was known as Manuke!

In the English Version,Stage 5 was called " The Forbidden Castle" but in the japanese version,it's simpially just called "An Expectant Trap!!"

Yep! WHich this game came out the same year as the first "Star Fox"

As for the Nintendo Switch and Playstation 4 Remake "Pocky and Rocky Reshrined"!.......Amazing Gameplay and Great Storyline!......but!......dear lord,aside from a few good songs,that Remake did not do this Gem's Soundtrack proper Justice at all!

one of the only few good songs from the Remake I did like was the Uzumi Pond/Ancient Land theme!

Fun Fact: The American/U.S. Cover Art to "Pocky and Rocky" was done by none other than the Late "Greg Martin" the same guy who did all those awsome VHS Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles COver arts from the 1987 Series distrubuted by F.H.E. (Family Home Entertainment),and not to mention Greg martin also did the U.S. Cover arts to Bomberman 2 (NES),SUper Bomberman 1 (Super Nintendo) and all the Sega Genesis Era SOnic the Hedgehog Cover Arts as well as the U.S. cover art to the Sega CD Version of "Time Gal"
