I made this way back in October, don't know why I never uploaded it, I think it looks nice.
This is Carlos III (or Charles III) of Spain who reined from 1715 to 1788, he became the Duke of Parma and Piacenza in 1731 at 15, he was also King of Naples and Sicily. He's known best for his reforms that brought the colonies closer to Madrid, establishing two new viceroyalties, reforming the church and creating a stronger standing army.
Carlos III has always been one of my favorite monarchs in Spanish history (second to Isabella I of Castile, don't worry she's coming soon too)
