Guess it's finally time I had one of those.
The idea behind this character was the simple concept of a rivaling treasure hunter who could act as a foil to Rouge and get under her skin. While any valuable treasure can draw her attention, it's the aquatic in which she can truly capitalize; wherever there's a fresh shipwreck or a lost undersea civilization, she'll be on it like a vulture on carrion.
