The SW&ECR is a Type 3 "Shortline" railway. It operates a fleet of U-Boats ranging from the small GE U10B to the big GE U20C. The tracks are in bad shape and the locomotives are weathered and very beat up. Their only job is to take freight from Type 1 and 2 railways and take them down to local industiries along the line. Sadly the SW&ECR are struggling.
