Charm belongs to bluedragon0812
The necklace that hypnotized Charm is the Hope-on-a-Rope diamond, which swings itself back and forth in front of Charm's eyes. Charm's body is inflated and spherical, with her head, paws, feet and tail sticking out, with slightly puffy cheeks. Charm, in her hypnotized state, says something like this: "I'm a hypnotized balloon. I must obey."
