‘Heh, yup.’
“While all of the traps in these ruins would be dangerous to the anyone else, thankfully not all of them are dangerous to me and Hula Girl, and this particular hall gives us a chance to catch our breath abit after the previous two halls full of traps.
Being fireproof definitely has its advantages.”

As the tribute to the departed PM2K continues, from the Patreon of ShoNuff44, I decided it would be funny to break up the tension of the previous pictures with a hallway full of traps that, while deadly to most, would be no problem at all for a duo of fireproof island girls. ~^
There is definitely something humorous about watching these two calmly walking along with flames bursting up all around them, even right under their feet, as though it was nothing. Beyond that though, the main thing that must be said about this picture is fire and light. The flame spurts look amazing, with an almost fluid-like quality to them as they spray up and around, and the effect of it being spread and splattering about by their feet blocking the jets really drives home the fluid feeling of the flames. Of course, the light effect created by the flames is simply brilliant, no pun intended, the golden fire glow it gives to the entire picture, and the girls, the shine off of their skin and hair and weapons, especially the layers of Ember’s leg wraps from the flames bursting around her foot, all give such a great feel to the whole picture. Hopefully the purple monkey idol doesn’t mind the heat either. ~^ What is next for these lovely fireproof ladies? Stay tuned and find out. ^^
