In the show, the only way to differentiate the members of the Cult Of Skaro (aside from Sec himself) was through their voices. They were more or less identical in most other aspects. I decided to give them slight tweaks to their armor coloration, as well as assign unique attributes to each one. For instance, Thay here has "improved weapons" because he's the one who kicked of the war against the Cybermen in Doomsday.
