Not even kidding either. Cyanocrylates exist because US Army surgeons wanted a battlefield expedient way to plug holes in wounded soldiers. CA glues were developed for this purpose because of how readily they bond to skin and seal cugs.

Hurts like a motherfucker but superglue is damn good at stopping hydraulic leaks in living things 👌. They even sell FDA approved blends for stocking first aid kits.
