This is a concept art idea featuring my OC, Kiramei. She’s a Gempyre, a closed species created by MinElvi. The idea behind this piece is that the torii gate of a Japanese shrine was designed so that regular ponies could pass through without difficulty. However, alicorns and Gempyres—being significantly taller—would need to duck to fit through. Kiramei, being the smallest of her species, still finds the gate too low. I realize I should have researched the typical heights of torii gates and the stature of this species beforehand.
