Another OC of mine. A long time ago I got a commission with a non-descript dragonair, and over time I realized I wanted to make that dragonair a full on, more prey-oriented OC that I could use in stuff. This lead to Nohrant, a dragonair who thinks very highly of himself, to an egregious degree.

Nohrant was able to evolve into a dragonair without too much difficulty, being a talented and gifted dratini. But the evolution also inflated his ego, and now he thinks himself superior to other mons despite his abilities actually regressing with his size. While he's not a complete push over and catches the rare lucky break (or willing traveler), he's far lower on the food chain than he thinks he is these days, his overconfidence frequently leading to turned tables against him.

The one special ability the dragonair possesses, unbeknownst to even himself, is the ability to reform at the cost of experience. So he frequently comes back from his follies weaker and none the wiser. The damage done to his pearls, remains however.

His cape and heating pad were items discarded by rescue teams travelling in the cold area he once called home. Though he seems to have forgotten that and thinks now that he's secretly some royal prince from a far warmer land (he's not).

I'll post more stuff with him eventually including his other evolution forms.
