1 year anniversary art for my partner  cushydemon
love you so much...

Chose our Star Trek themed ttrpg characters Jekith and Lorelei for this, because they are what brought us together in the first place. Our blorblos... Jokingly I call them our fursonas because they are in some ways so much like us. We met through the game, our characters slowly fell for each other, and then...we did.


It has been a garbage fire of a year, my life has crumbled to almost nothing - but everything with you has been good, there's nothing I regret. I found an amazing friend from you, someone I had desperately needed for a very long time, and later I got to have you as my partner. I don't know what the path ahead looks like exactly, but I hope we can travel on that path together, however long...


Title is a reference to Type O Negative song 'love you to death' that I have always felt was THE song for these two characters. Especially how Jekith feels about Lorelei... the unexpectedness of ever even meeting someone he'd come to care about so much. Lil dude just swept up by feelings he thought he'd never have again.
It's been a whirlwind between them, I guess it's a lot I feel myself about things, too.
