Don. T. Rever, old man, looks similar to an anthropomorphic owl bear, but his beak is only his nose (in his default form).
Busy with something most of the time, quite impatient, likes routine, order, discipline, work, etc, but likes to hang with some collegues/friends in a bar at weekends and a little fun sometimes. "No pain -no gain" or similar could be his signature phrase.
Looks best with a top hat.
His realm is a huge old rusty industrial area and harbor where there's little to no population.
