"From afar, the city seemed to breathe, taking long breathes of smoke, spat out from its many chimneys. The clanking and revving of machines made up its speech, while the workers within acted as its tendrils, reaching deep into the earth to plunder it's riches, and far into the fields to yield what little crop could be reaped.

Dourburh is so harsh a place, even the air slowly rots the lungs. Most all who live here wear heavy cloaks and masks to help protect themselves from the fires and smoke of the factory, that is aside from those who live high inside their private towers who enjoyed fresher air than those below.

It is a place of ill-repute to say the least, attracting all manner of sour-folk, and rumoured to harbour dark secrets among its aristocracy, some foul magic they awoke deep below the soil... A troubling prospect"
