A sketch for my Chinese friend ,Toby is his fursona setting.(He has no FA account).

It's his personal fictional character,Toby is a trainee police officer who just came to work at the police station.
His appearance is taken from the "Shibakuro" of a doujin game "Polidog Patrol". He also received a lot of guidance from his police colleague Shibakuro.

※The whole attire is completely designated by him.

Petya: officer! I want to report a crime!
Toby: what is it?
Petya: I want to report how sexy you are! you too sexy its a crime!
Toby: uhh.... ok? ehm sorry sir I cannot help to be this sexy
Petya: well shoot I guess that joke is not for everybody
Toby: ha ha.... if you don't mind I gonna continue my patrol
Petya: oh wait one more thing!
Toby: what is it now?
Petya: I kind a lost here.... is there any ramen stall? I am hungry
Toby: there's one in the corner
Petya: well ever heard of shadow ramen?
Toby: shadow ramen?
Petya: you know a ramen cart that always move one location to another it not at the same spot everyday
Toby: are you sure there is one like that?
Petya: it is! well rumor around here that a stray cat guide you to the cart
Toby: are you sure? I never heard such things
Petya: yeah! a number of people in furrynet talking about it
Toby: I might take a look on that.... shadow ramen.... ish
Petya: yeah oh thanks for help officer ehehe
Toby: you're welcome.... shadow ramen eh.... sounds like a case to me....
