Story of Sol | Day 70 - December 13th 2740
TRANSCRIPT
It's over. Just when we thought we would run out of ammo, the eclipse faded. Daylight returned, and for the first time I've ever seen, it started to rain. Never did I ever think I would be so grateful to see that grey sky again.
We took a head count. In total, there were 18 of us. Including Dracca, Atto, Tev, Marcy, and myself.
A couple from the other group didn't make it.
We emerged from the armory, still armed to the teeth, but thankfully, we didn't encounter anything else. Once the eclipse faded, these Crazies followed. We swept the facility for any other survivors, and found a few. One had 3 barricaded in the agricultural building. The other was a lone surviving prisoner. He might ve been from another gang, but after what we just went through, it didn't matter. We took him in, he fucking earned it I would say.
So that brings our survivor count to 22 Including myself. But the casualties were almost unfathomable. Before we had a headcount of 142, with estimated 60 prisoners. So in reality, we lost 90% of us.
I certainly am relieved it's over, but to lose so much, I don't know what we are to do next. The eclipse pillars remain, but this facility is not habitable anymore. Tomorrow, Dracca wants us to take stock of our inventory, and then we decide
what comes next for us.
